The Latino Outreach Society of Bomberos Minnesota is a non-profit organization founded by members of the Saint Paul Fire Department, committed to supporting, retaining, and fostering career development in the Latino community.

Started by passionate members of the fire department, LOSB aims to provide education, visibility, and role modeling to promote recruitment and offer a vital network for the Latino community.

The society has served the Latino community by providing essential support, guidance, and opportunities in the emergency services sector.
